The wording for your policy, what to do when something goes wrong, and the documents that explain how we work.
Your policy wording
The wording is the contract between you and the insurer. Every policy we arrange has a wording code on its schedule, for example AN2601-01, with a link next to it. Open the link and the wording that applies to your policy opens as a PDF. The code tells you the insurer, the month the wording was issued, and which document it is, so you can be sure you're reading the right version.
Type it exactly as it appears, including the letters after the second dash.
- Can't find it? Check the schedule or renewal letter we sent you; the code and link sit with the policy details.
- Older schedule without a code? Email us your policy number and we'll confirm which wording applies and send it.
- Wordings are published by the insurers and made available here for our clients only. Please don't pass links to people who aren't covered under the policy.
Not sure what the wording means for you? That's what we're for. Ask us and we'll talk you through it in plain English.

Start with the online loss advice. It takes two minutes, gives you a reference, and we handle the insurer's paperwork with you from there. Insurers now take claims online, so there is nothing to print; if an insurer does need a form for your claim, we send it to you with the details filled in.
Tell us about a loss
Initial advice of damage, loss or an incident that might become a claim. We open the file, notify the insurer and ring you back, or you can book the call as you go.
